Chief Executive Officer
Derek Coppinger is the chief executive officer at Raptor Scientific. Previously he served as vice president at Newcastle Systems, member of board at ESC Lab Sciences, chairman of board at ACIL; senior vice president, chief sales and marketing officer, and chief operating officer at National Technical Systems, and director of sales and marketing at NQA Global. Coppinger holds a Master’s in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University.

Dan Otlowski specializes in bringing new technologies and methods into the Company’s core competencies and takes a leadership role in systems design and troubleshooting. With more than 35 years of managerial and in-depth engineering experience, Dan joined the executive team in 2002 and is instrumental in setting the direction for the company.
Steve Litchfield serves as chief financial officer and chief corporate strategy officer at MaxLinear. Previously, he was the executive vice president and chief strategy officer of Microsemi Corporation. He served as Microsemi’s vice president of the Analog and Mixed Signal Group, vice president of corporate marketing and business development, and as director of business development. Prior to Microsemi, he was an equity research analyst at Banc of America Securities and a production engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation. Litchfield holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Paul Dhillon serves as the chief executive officer at Integra Devices (Xidas) and managing principal at CSSDP Investments. Previously he served as founders board director at UCI Institute for Innovation, division vice president and business unit manager at Ametek, president and chief executive officer at VTI Instruments Corporation, founding director and architect at LXI Consortium, executive vice president and board director at VXI Technology, founding director at VXI Consortium, and director of sales and marketing at Racal Instruments. Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and electronics engineering from Kingston University.
Sean Barrette is a Partner at L Squared Capital Partners and was actively engaged in the formation of the firm. Sean has worked closely with the founding members of L Squared Capital Partners as a Principal at Chicago Growth Partners. Prior to CGP, Sean was an Analyst and Associate at Credit Suisse based out of New York and Singapore. Sean began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Economics from Binghamton University.
Jeff Farrero is co-founder and Managing Partner of L Squared Capital Partners. Prior to founding L Squared, Jeff spent twelve years with Chicago Growth Partners focused on investments in education, industrial technology and tech-enabled services. He joined Chicago Growth Partners at its inception from William Blair Capital Partners. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston as an analyst then associate in the investment banking group focused on M&A and capital markets transactions in diversified industrials, education and business services. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
Tyler Huez is a Vice President at L Squared Capital Partners. Prior to joining L Squared Capital Partners, Tyler worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Houlihan Lokey based in the firm’s Chicago office. As part of the Industrials group, Tyler worked on several sellside and buyside M&A transactions. Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business where he earned a BSBA in Finance and Economics.
